I think the most important thing to know about me is that I do truly care about and love people. The thing about me that I am most consistently complimented about is my ability to meet people where they are and establish true connections with them. That is a part of my natural personality but has also been cultivated throughout my years in the service industry. I went to NC State so 2024 has been a great year for me if only for the achievements of our sports programs. Speaking of sports and in true dude fashion, I am a lover of all things athletic. I also love being outside in general. I go to Umstead Park daily. I have a huge extended family full of characters that I love, and I am blessed to still have both of my parents, my grandma, my younger big sister and my 21 year old kiddo Jayla. My favorite place on earth is any beach, anywhere. Also, although I am 41, I still play video games, and I will never stop. I’m big on Street Fighter and I would play a ton of Madden too if they ever made it an option to control the players using the directional pad buttons and not the analog controls again. Chelsea is a Roanoke Valley native and graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Building Construction and minor in Real Estate. Her initial interest in real estate was sparked by her grandmother, who was a long-time agent. Prior to starting her career in real estate, she worked for a commercial construction company in multiple roles. Chelsea started her real estate career in 2011.
