I decided to pursue real estate after buying my first home a little over 4 years ago. I was super excited. I really enjoyed looking at houses. However, I did not know much about the process of purchasing a home. So a few years later, I decided to get my real estate license to help others purchase their dream home and help them with the process. Chelsea is a Roanoke Valley native and graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Building Construction and minor in Real Estate. Her initial interest in real estate was sparked by her grandmother, who was a long-time agent. Prior to starting her career in real estate, she worked for a commercial construction company in multiple roles. Chelsea started her real estate career in 2011. In 2019 she obtained her Associate Broker’s license. In addition to real estate, Chelsea also has a “Class A” contractor’s license, does renovations for clients, and rehabs houses. Chelsea is a member of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley where she has served in leadership positions. She also serves on multiple Roanoke Association of Realtors committees, and is a member of the Salem Sports Foundation where she serves on the board. Chelsea has been married to her husband, Teddy since 2012. They have two children, Isaac and Austyn.
